By creating an account, accessing the site, or clicking Accept, you enter a binding agreement with Neuron and incorporate our Privacy Policy and any order form. If you use Neuron for a company, you confirm you have authority and that entity is bound.
You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and comply with export and sanction laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for promptly reporting suspected compromise.
Plans bill in advance and renew automatically each term unless canceled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or if we fail to deliver a paid Service Level credit. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
