Privacy Policy

Neuron processes personal data as a controller for our websites and product. We rely on contract necessity, legitimate interests (security, service improvement), and consent for optional analytics/marketing. We align with GDPR/UK GDPR, CPRA/CCPA, and India’s DPDP Act where they apply.

Account details (name, email), authentication logs, workspace content you upload, product telemetry, support records, device/network metadata, and billing info processed by our payment providers. We do not intentionally collect special-category data unless you choose to store it.

Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging, vendor due diligence, and incident response. Subprocessors sign DPAs and, when required, Standard Contractual Clauses/UK IDTA. Breach notifications are issued without undue delay as required by law.
